The NO-NOs…
Seed oils
Canola Oil (also called Rapeseed), Corn Oil, Cottonseed Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Soybean Oil, Safflower Oil, Sunflower Oil. Any processed oil is a NO-NO.
If it isn’t Olive Oil or a High Quality Avocado Oil or a High Quality Coconut Oil, or a pure unprocessed animal fat like tallow, butter or ghee, we recommend against it.
Why?
They are industrially-processed, creating unstable and unhealthy compounds that cause metabolic dysfunction & higher potential for disease. (Your cells can’t process them nor remove them). Polyunsaturated fats. High omega-6. Inflammitory. Easily Oxidized.

Glyphosate
RoundUp. It could be coating the lettuce in your salad, the wheat of your bread, cake or cereal. It is most likely in your oats, in your milk, or the berries in your smoothie.
Why?
It is so bad for the environment, bees, butterflies & water sources. It is a carcinogen for the consumer… a cause for non-Hodgkin lymphoma, kidney & liver tissue damage. It is an endocrine disruptor, and a cause for neurological damage. It is a proven hormone disruptor and a destroyer of gut health. Any flour, grain or produce that has come into contact with RoundUp has glyphosate in it - a powerful herbicide that completely kills almost all plants and insects that it touches. It is so fatal that special Genetically-Modified crops have had to be developed. The seeds for those GMO plants have almost taken over the American planting industry, in order to produce a crop within the toxic soup of glyphosate.
Plastic Cutting Boards / Packaging
Cutting on stainless steel (especially for meats) and keeping all cutting boards clean with natural cleaners helps to keep toxic chemicals and plastics out of our systems.
Why?
The shards and slivers of tiny plastic all pile up! (Inside you). Microplastics clog the arteries and contribute to both heart disease as well as Alzheimer’s & dimentia.
Cleaning Chemicals
Most commercial dishwashing systems use chemicals to clean the cutlery and dishes you eat from. It is cheaper and saves labor for the employer, plus the “Health Department” requires it… that stated, it is better to use organic vinegar and hot water sterilization as a healthy alternative.
Why?
The spoon you lick shouldn’t have a residue of germ-killing chemicals. The plate that holds your steak should be truly clean - not disinfected with a highly toxic rinse.
Highly Processed Foods
Seed oils, high fructose corn syrup, snacks with unnatural additives & preservatives, flavorings (often ironically allowed to be labeled as “natural flavors”), processed sugar and packaged food.
Why?
The consumption of highly processed foods contributes to a highly inflammatory state which is the root cause of most disease.
