FAQs

Do we need to dress up like the glammy images on these pages?

No! Dress casually if you like - or wear a tux if you’re really into that. We don’t care and we won’t judge. This is just for fun. Really, just come to enjoy an incredible meal. There is no dress code. But your tummy will feel like it’s wearing a diamond tiara!

How will you determine the price of dinner?

We will post the menu and see how many people reserve a seat. Once we hit that critical number that makes it make sense for us to mobilize, we will source and purchase the food we need. We’ll figure in the amount we need to pay our serving staff & chefs… but we’ll keep it as affordable as we can. We will publish the price and if you want (you won’t want to) you can un-reserve if you feel like the price is too high. At that point, we’ll have enough people and we can always refill a few seats if we need to. It’s not the smartest business model for us, but we want to make it as easy and fun for you as we can.

Will we be automatically signed up for all dinners if we sign up for one?

No. Each dinner will have its own reservation list.

Will we be able to order different food?

Sorry. No. The menu is the menu. We will publish it before hand and you can always miss a Supper Club if the menu doesn’t trip your trigger.

Can we just drop in if we haven’t reserved a seat?

Wish we could accommodate that. But we are going to base the price of the dinner based on the food that we have to purchase and the seats that we sell. There is a slight chance that some may cancel or not be able to make it for some reason, but we are going to dial it in pretty tight and we probably won’t be able to give you a seat at the table unless you have reserved your seat. So… be sure to make your reservations!!

Why are we doing this?

There is a growing awareness that food coming from the industrial food system is not so good for us. We’ve even thought about opening a restaurant serving only clean food that guests can trust. But there are some of us in the food industry that fear that we couldn’t afford it… or that not enough people would be willing to pay for it. This is a way to measure interest. So if you think that you might venture out into the restaurant scene if you knew that the food was good for you - food that works for you and with you at a cellular level - then let’s show that we want it!

Who might be cooking?

Chefs will rotate. Many have shown interest. If you have a chef or a concept or a menu that you’d like us to consider, send it to us and we’ll work out all the junk and make it happen!
