Where will all of this lead?
We started all of this as a counter reaction to a big-ag, big-pharma world that creates food you sometimes can’t trust. And while all of that is definitely a negative wave worthy of pushing back against, we have found something deeper and very positive in the partners, farmers and chefs that we have encountered.
We’re really not sure what is going to happen after this first dinner or what the focus will be, but that’s kind of the exciting part of it all. The community that will arise from the first Supper Club dinners will determine where we head.
We know it will be about a time when food nourished us, though. That’s for sure.
